2nd Chakra

This chakra is related to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. This chakra corresponds to the testicles or the ovaries. Blockages in the Svādhishthāna chakra could result in sexual malfunctions, uterine, bladder or kidney troubles and a stiff lower back. Ideally, this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the very important ability to accept change.
